As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a technical leader and architect, taking full ownership of modernizing and scaling our enterprise-grade product. Within your first year, you will have led major feature rollouts, improved system scalability, and mentored the engineering team, driving technical excellence across the board.
What You Will Do
Architect and implement scalable, maintainable backend systems in C# / .NET (Framework + Core)
Lead WiseJ-based UI development to deliver seamless user experiences
Design and maintain secure, high-performance APIs
Optimize SQL Server databases, ensuring high availability and performance
Deploy and maintain cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services
Champion agile methodologies and participate in planning, demos, and retros
Conduct peer code reviews, mentor developers, and uphold code quality standards
Stay ahead of tech trends and recommend tools or practices to improve productivity
What You Will Have
As a Senior Software Engineer, You Will Have
6-9 years of full-stack development experience with .NET (C#)
Deep understanding of WiseJ,Vue J or similar UI frameworks
Proven track record building REST APIs with .NET Core
Strong skills in SQL Server - schema design, query tuning, and optimization
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure - App Services, Azure SQL, DevOps
Familiarity with software architecture principles and modern design patterns
Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship capabilities
