Senior Software Engineer

We have a team of passionate engineers and traders who have built some of the fastest systems for trading. We have some of the most accomplished quantitative traders in India.

We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer based in Gurugram, India to join our growing tech team. Further details of the role are outlined below.

What You Will Do:

• Build monitoring tools, real-time dashboards, health monitoring, WebSocket-based status updates
• Develop AI-powered automation- Slack/Jira bots with LLM integration, automated incident response
• Build data pipelines- ingest metrics from multiple sources (OpsGenie, AWS SQS, Graphite), transform and store operational data
• Enhance observability stack- Prometheus exporters, Grafana dashboards, alerting systems
• Reduce operational toil automate workflows, self-service tools, background task processing

What You Need to Succeed

• 5-8 years of strong proficiency in Python and web application development (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
• Strong understanding and opinions on RESTful API development, and Real-time systems - WebSockets, event-driven architectures, message queues (Redis, Celery)
• Database experience - PostgreSQL/MySQL, complex queries, ORMs, migrations, optimization
• Experience in Linux/Unix, shell scripting, Docker, Git
• Strong Observability fundamentals - metrics, logging, alerting (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Strong problem-solving skills
