About the Role :
Join iQuantis Technology & AI (TAI) team to create GenAI-powered digital products that revolutionize marketing performance and accelerate our AI-first transformation.
As a Senior Software Engineer, youll drive full-cycle development; from scalable backends to intelligent AI integrations, delivering secure, high-impact solutions across platforms.
What Youll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based (SaaS) applications.
- Develop and integrate Generative AI capabilities to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Implement efficient database models, optimize queries, and ensure data reliability.
- Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices.
- Contribute to design discussions, propose improvements, and guide junior engineers.
What Youll Need
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong programming skills in backend languages, with at least 1 year of experience in Python.
- Good understanding of database design, SQL, and query optimization.
- At least 1 year of experience building RESTful APIs or working in microservice-based systems.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities with a focus on writing clean, efficient code.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in agile teams.
What Will Help You Stand Out
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); exposure to React.js is a plus.
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts or tools such as OpenAI APIs, or frameworks used for building LLM powered applications.
- Familiarity with AWS, Docker/ECS, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, CDK).
- Understanding of monitoring and observability tools like CloudWatch or DataDog.
- Curiosity to learn new technologies and a drive to build scalable, high-quality software.
