What You'll Bring

Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in JavaScript application development with a strong understanding of frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Backbone
5+ years of backend experience in Java or other mid-tier languages
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit/integration/functional tests
Hands-on experience with Relational Database Design and implementation
Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation
Foundational understanding of AI concepts, including data requirements and model evaluation basics
Ability to collaborate with AI/ML experts and integrate AI into production systems with guidance
Familiarity with AI-native principles and interest in applying them to scalable software systems
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams

How You Will Lead

Responsibilities

Develop full stack web applications, translating customer insights into rapid, functional proof-of-concepts and production-ready features
Own and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code while contributing to site reliability through code reviews, automated testing, and monitoring practices
Contribute to system design and architecture, implementing best practices across development, testing, deployment, and DevOps
Be responsible for 8090% hands-on coding, while also providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
Work collaboratively with AI experts and data scientists to integrate intelligent capabilities into existing systems and identify new opportunities for AI-powered solutions
Propose and implement AI-driven features or workflows that improve customer experience or operational efficiency
Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams, product roadmaps, and delivery timelines
