If you graduated in 2024/2025/2026 without a placement offer, this is your shot. We're hiring engineers for a structured training program with full-time placement for top performers. This is a leadership role!

This isn't a classroom. You'll work on real client projects from week one. You manage Junior developers, split tasks, create issues on GitHub, review production code.

The Deal

• 4 months of intensive, project-based training
• Work on enterprise client products (not simulations)
• Stipend during training period
• Full-time offer at 4.5+ LPA for candidates who meet performance bar
• Pondicherry-based, in-office role

What You'll Work On

• Enterprise SaaS with authentication, integrations, and scale
• Client-facing products with real deadlines
• Modern stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL
• Lead junior engineers and own product modules
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

What You Should Have

• B.Tech/BCA/MCA or similar (2024/2025 passout or 2026 expected with 7.5+ CGPA)
• Solid fundamentals in JavaScript or Python
• Built projects beyond college curriculum
• Willingness to learn fast and take ownership
• Ready to work in-office in Pondicherry

This Is Not For Everyone

We move fast, expect ownership, and don't hand-hold. But if you perform, you'll have a full-time role and real engineering experience most freshers don't get for 2-3 years. We expect top-notch leadership skills, your day will start with daily stand-up and end with code review
