You'll work across the Dynabase stack - from the agent surfaces accountants and operators rely on every day, to the integration layer that connects Dynabase to the systems running real businesses. You'll ship features end-to-end and help set technical direction for a product that has to be precise, fast, and trustworthy.
This is a senior role on a small founding team. The work is broad. You'll write code, review code, set patterns, mentor, and have a voice in what gets built. We're an engineering company first — the bar is high, and the autonomy is real.
- Build user-facing features for Dynabase - the surfaces accountants and operators rely on every day
- Design and ship integrations with banks, accounting software, ERPs, and the Indian compliance stack
- Set technical direction with the founding team — patterns, tooling, principles, code-review standards
- Code-review work that ships to production; mentor engineers who join after you
- Help shape how the team grows from a small group to a team of teams
- 5+ years of software engineering, with significant time owning end-to-end features in production
- Strong full-stack ability — comfortable in modern frontend (React / Next.js / TypeScript) and backend (Python or TypeScript)
- A track record of shipping software that real businesses use and depend on every day
- Pragmatic about trade-offs; opinionated about quality
- Excited about applying AI to enterprise problems — not from a research angle, from a building angle
- Experience with accounting, finance, or ERP software
- Experience integrating with bank APIs, GST infrastructure, or Indian compliance systems
- Open-source contributions, side projects, or anything that shows you build in your own time
