We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help us to deliver our groundbreaking products. Responsibilities
- Ownership & Reliability: Build, and operate secure, reliable, performant, and cost-effective production systems critical to core business operations in both on-premise and cloud environments. Take full accountability for the features and services delivered.
- Code Quality: Lead code reviews, provide expert technical mentorship to other engineers, maintain a consistently high standard of code quality, and continuously raise the engineering bar.
- Product Development Collaboration: Partner closely with business and product teams to translate requirements into well-defined, right-sized technical solutions and deliver them in a timely fashion.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across the full development lifecycle, including development, testing, release, and support processes.
- System Deep Dive: Cultivate a deep understanding of system behaviors, utilizing this knowledge to continually optimize and push the boundaries of system capabilities.
Required Skills
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or in a similar professional role.
- AI Literacy: Ability to leverage AI and generative models as productivity tools, similar to a modern search engine, with a clear understanding of their inherent limitations.
- Technology Fluency: Familiarity with current UI/UX technologies, modern development trends, and scalable processes.
- Business Acumen: Passionate about and actively engaged in optimizing the user experience and driving positive business outcomes.
- Technical Excellence: Relentless pursuit of maximum efficiency and stability in a codebase and application architecture.
- Technology Stack: Deep experience with Angular is required as it is the core of our technology stack.
