Senior Software Engineer (Founding Tech Team)

We're scaling to 10,000 vehicles, and the tech team starts with you.

Kadam operates around 1,000 electric three-wheelers across cargo and passenger. Blinkit, Rapido, Porter and Delhivery move through our fleet every single day. Over the next stretch, we go 10x. The software has to be ready before we get there, not after.

We're taking ownership of our platform and building the team that runs it. You'd be one of the first people on that team.

What you'd own

The system our entire business runs on: driver onboarding and ledgers, payouts, fleet operations, the driver app, and the internal tools our city teams live inside all day. You'll take over a working platform, learn it fast, then decide what stays, what gets rewritten, and what gets built next. Real users, real money, real consequences from day one.

Who we're looking for

• 4+ years of full stack experience, shipping production software.
• Strong in Python on the backend and React on the frontend. React Native is a big plus.
• Hands-on with real integrations: APIs, webhooks, payments, third-party data feeds.
• Comfortable reading someone else's codebase and improving it without breaking it.
• Uses tools like Claude Code or Cursor because they make you faster.
• Pushes back on what we build, not just how.
