About Us
Fenrir Security is building APS, an Autonomous Pentesting Solution that helps businesses automate penetration testing. We're turning what used to be a slow, expensive, manual process into something AI can handle continuously and intelligently. We raised our pre-seed round from Qseap Infotech in 2025 and have built a strong team of 13 people across engineering, security, and product.
The Role
We're looking for a full-stack engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience to drive the development of APS, our AI-native SaaS platform.
You'll own the technical direction of the product. On the frontend, you'll build responsive, thoughtful interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. On the backend, you'll architect the services that power them using Node.js and Bun, with real-time communication through WebSockets woven throughout.
A big part of this role lives at the intersection of engineering and AI. You'll design prompt pipelines, work with LLM APIs in production, and think deeply about context engineering, figuring out how to give models the right information at the right time so our autonomous pentesting workflows are accurate, reliable, and fast.
You'll also strengthen the foundations that make a product scale: CI/CD, testing, telemetry, and build tooling with Vite.
Beyond your own code, you'll set engineering standards, review architecture decisions, and help shape how we build as the company grows. You'll work closely with the founders and have a real seat at the table when it comes to product and technical strategy.
Who You Are
You've built and shipped full-stack web applications in production, not just prototyped them. You're comfortable across the stack and enjoy moving between frontend and backend work depending on what the product needs.
You have experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js, and you've worked with modern tooling like Vite, Bun, and Tailwind CSS.
You've either worked with AI and LLM integrations before, or you've been exploring prompt engineering and context engineering on your own and you're eager to do it professionally. Either way, you're curious about how AI-native products are built differently from traditional software.
You're someone other engineers look to for clarity. You can break down complex problems, make good technical calls under ambiguity, and communicate decisions clearly.
You care about writing clean, well-structured code, but you also understand that shipping matters. You know how to find the right balance between getting it right and getting it out the door.
Bonus if you have any familiarity with cybersecurity concepts or pentesting workflows. But it's not required. We'll bring you up to speed.
Why Join Now
We're funded, the team is in place, and the product is taking shape. This isn't a figure out if the idea works stage. This is the build it right and ship it fast stage. The technical decisions being made right now will define the platform for years, and you'll be the one driving them.
Interview Process
We keep it straightforward and respectful of your time.
A 24-hour take-home technical challenge you can complete on your own schedule.
A 45-minute technical interview where we dig into your approach, architecture thinking, and how you solve problems.
A 30-minute director round to align on vision, roadmap, and next steps.
Compensation and Benefits
We're offering 12 to 18 LPA depending on your experience, along with high autonomy, real ownership of what you build, and direct access to the founders from day one.
We look forward to hearing from you.
