About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (ESRI Developer) to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining GIS-based applications using ESRI technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

A highly motivated GIS professional with strong ESRI development expertise, hands-on programming experience, and a solid understanding of software development best practices. The candidate should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and contributing to end-to-end application development.

Must Haves:

•5+ years of experience developing ESRI-based applications and solutions

•Strong programming skills with ArcObjects SDK and Python

•Experience with ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, and/or ArcGIS Enterprise

•Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS API for JavaScript, or ArcGIS Runtime SDKs

•Experience working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL

•Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile

•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

•Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative team environments

Good to Have:

•Experience in ETL processes and data migration projects

•Exposure to the Telecom industry

•Knowledge of GIS data management and integration best practices

What You'll Do:

•Develop, customize, and maintain applications using ESRI technologies

•Design, code, test, and deploy GIS-based software solutions

•Enhance and support existing applications and systems

•Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver solutions

•Integrate GIS applications with enterprise databases and third-party systems

•Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities

•Contribute to Agile development processes and project delivery
