Job Description

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP / WMS testing, including functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
  • Execute manual test cases and validate ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, or Manufacturing.
  • Test execution processes to validate WMS modules such as  receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory adjustments.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of warehouse operations from order receipt to shipment.
  • Validate integrations between WMS and ERP, OMS, TMS, and other supply chain systems.
  • Identify, document, track, and verify defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of ERP workflows and business processes.
  • Validate data integrity through database testing and SQL queries.
  • Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Perform regression testing for new releases, patches, and production deployments.
  • Prepare test plans, test execution reports, and defect summary reports.
  • Support UAT by coordinating with business users and resolving testing issues.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing best practices.
