  • Support ERP workflows that enable timely, accurate delivery of sports merchandise by resolving incidents and break-fix issues with urgency and precision.
  • Build APIs and wrapper services that improve system interoperability, reducing friction in the fulfillment journey from order placement to delivery.
  • Document legacy business logic to preserve institutional knowledge and protect continuity of fan-facing operations during modernization efforts.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

  • Identify opportunities to refactor legacy Informix 4GL and COBOL code for improved maintainability, performance, and long-term scalability.
  • Assist in migration planning and the integration of legacy ERP systems with modern platforms, contributing to the broader modernization roadmap.
  • Apply CI/CD practices to legacy system environments, introducing engineering discipline and repeatability to historically manual processes.
  • Explore and evaluate emerging integration patterns, low-code platforms such as Genero, and batch-workflow improvements that can accelerate modernization goals.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)

  • Take end-to-end ownership of ERP module development and enhancement, from requirements intake through deployment and post-release support.
  • Manage Informix database schemas and stored procedures, optimizing SQL queries to maintain system health and performance under production conditions.
  • Provide reliable incident resolution and operational support across the full ERP stack, ensuring minimal disruption to Order Management, Inventory, and Fulfillment functions.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of technical solutions, integration designs, and legacy business logic to support team knowledge-sharing and audit readiness.
