Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern engineering practices and Agile methodologies.
- Contribute to the technical design, architecture, and implementation of new features, enhancements, and product capabilities.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to plan, estimate, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews and help maintain high standards for quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while providing timely support when needed.
- Utilize AI-powered development and productivity tools to improve software quality, testing efficiency, and delivery outcomes.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support engineering activities as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote software engineering best practices.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.js.
- Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level software applications.
- Experience using AI-powered software development and productivity tools.
- Working knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and software architecture concepts.
- Experience working across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) within Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately 8 to 10 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Experience within the Industrial Automation domain.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with front-end development tools and libraries such as npm, webpack, and Material UI.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
- Exposure to modern DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery workflows.
