MERN Stack Developer (AWS Focus)
Responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js with hands-on experience in building scalable MERN applications.
- Solid experience with MongoDB, NoSQL databases, schema design, indexing, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with modern frontend tools/libraries like Redux, Webpack, Babel, and strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, jQuery, AJAX.
- Experience developing and maintaining SaaS-based applications.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, integration, and secure coding practices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, RDS/Mongo Atlas, IAM) for deployment, hosting, monitoring, and scaling applications.
- Ability to handle server-side configurations, domain management, hosting environments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infra optimization.
- Working knowledge of code optimization, debugging, version control (Git/GitHub), and Agile methodologies.
- Capable of managing full lifecycle application developmentdesign, estimation, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ability to reverse engineer code, perform software analysis, identify reliability gaps, and implement monitoring/alerts.
- Experience improving deployment processes, automation, and infrastructure efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with hands-on ability to guide developers, resolve technical blockers, and lead from the front.
- Experience in bug fixing, new module development, Web API development, and ensuring secure, high-quality coding standards.
- Prior Tech Lead / Dev Lead experience managing enterprise-level applications and multiple project releases.
- Solid understanding of OOPs concepts, package managers, modules, project architecture, and problem-solving.
