- A Senior Software Engineer with a Java Spring tech stack should have deep expertise in Java (8+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
- They should be skilled in designing and building RESTful APIs, developing microservices, and working with SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is crucial.
- Strong understanding of system design, design patterns, and clean code principles (SOLID/DDD) is expected.
- They should also be proficient in unit/integration testing, Git, and collaborative Agile practices.
