Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of large-scale Drupal applications and websites
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications
- Mentor junior developers and uphold high-quality code standards
- Participate in code reviews and enhance development processes
- Stay updated on emerging trends in Drupal and web development
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- 47 years of experience in Drupal development, including custom module development and theming
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies
- Familiarity with advanced Drupal topics such as multi-site architecture, caching, and database optimization
- Experience with integration of Drupal with external APIs and systems
- Proven experience leading a development team and mentoring others
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Good To Have (Optional):
- Experience with other CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Magento
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of automated testing tools such as PHPUnit, Selenium, or Behat
- Understanding of performance optimization for Drupal sites

- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics
