Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Support Consultant to provide production support, maintenance, and administration of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications. The candidate will support business users, troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades/patching, and ensure stability and performance of the EPM environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Oracle EPM applications including Planning, Essbase, and HFM.
• Monitor system health and resolve application issues.
• Troubleshoot data load, calculation, and consolidation issues.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial close cycles.
• Administer Planning, Essbase, HFM, FDMEE, and DRM environments.
• Manage user provisioning and security.
• Support data integration using ODI and FDMEE.
• Perform EPM upgrades, patching, and environment maintenance.
• Support environment refreshes and migrations.
• Manage batch jobs and automation processes.
