Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and propose innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on database and Power BI development.
- Strong knowledge of database design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with Power BI development and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
