Senior Software Engineer (D365 Developer)

Job Role:

We're hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Developer to help us build scalable CRM solutions for a healthcare-tech transformation program.

This is a hands-on role involving customizations, integrations, and Power Platform extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Customize and extend D365 CE modules using Power Apps, JavaScript, and C#

Build and maintain Power Automate flows and integration endpoints Work on Sprint-based deliveries with clear unit testing and version control.

Contribute to portal build-outs using Power Pages (with UX team)

Collaborate with QA and BAs for feature validation and deployment

Required Skills:

- Lead the design and development of Power Pages portals (formerly Power Apps Portals).

- Act as a technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) for portal architecture, integration, and customization.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

- Mentor junior developers and guide them on best practices.

- Act as an individual developer and own the complete implementation.

Responsibilities

- Portal Development: Build and customize portals using Power Pages, Liquid templates, JavaScript, CSS, and custom components.

- Integration: Connect portals with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external APIs.

- Security & Access Control: Implement authentication (Azure AD, OAuth, etc.), role-based access, and web roles.

- Performance Optimization: Ensure portals are responsive, scalable, and optimized for high traffic.

- Deployment & DevOps: Manage ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategies.

- Troubleshooting: Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide long-term fixes.

- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, solution design, and coding standards.

Functional Points

- Expertise in Dataverse schema design and portal metadata configuration.

- Strong knowledge of Liquid templates and Power Pages extensibility.

- Hands-on with Power Automate and custom connectors for workflow automation.

- Experience with Azure services (Functions, Key Vault, Application Insights).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices (Git, pipelines, automated testing).

- Ability to handle complex portal scenarios like multi-language support, advanced security, and integrations.

- Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and translate technical solution
