Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build intuitive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Develop robust server-side logic using .NET Core (C#) or Node.js.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB).
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

Collaboration & Process:

• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product managers.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Lead code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for high-performance, scalable systems.

Maintenance & Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and production incidents.
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.

Leadership:

• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Lead development efforts and ensure adherence to coding standards.
