At Cryptoforce, we are on a mission to build India's first Public Utility for Digital Assets. We are an FIU-compliant exchange engineered from the ground up for radical transparency, proactive user protection, and institutional-grade performance.

We are looking for a world-class Senior Software Engineer to be a foundational architect of our core trading and financial systems. You will be responsible for building the high-performance, low-latency engine that will power millions of transactions and secure billions in assets.

What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):

• Build the Engine: Design, develop, and maintain the core components of our high-throughput, low-latency matching engine for both spot and derivatives markets.
• Architect for Scale: Create robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant backend services and APIs that will support our three core pillars: the Cryptoforce Spot & Futures exchange, and our B2B infrastructure platform, Payonramp.com.
• Ensure Rock-Solid Reliability: Take ownership of the full lifecycle of our systemsfrom design and implementation to testing, deployment, and maintaining 99.99% uptime.
• Collaborate with the Best: Work closely with our product, blockchain, and compliance teams to translate complex financial requirements into elegant, secure, and efficient code.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Champion best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and system monitoring, to build a culture of engineering quality.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate):

• A Seasoned Systems Engineer: You have 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a proven track record of building and maintaining large-scale, distributed systems.
• An Expert in High-Performance Code: You have deep expertise in high-performance programming languages such as Go, Rust, Java, or C++.
• A Believer in Quality: You have a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design. You write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Experience in a Relevant Domain (Highly Preferred): You have prior experience working in the fintech, high-frequency trading (HFT), or cryptocurrency exchange space. You understand the unique challenges of building financial-grade software.
