Senior Software Engineer

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, LLM Applications, Copilots, or Autonomous Systems in production environments.
• Experience working at a global product company with large-scale user-facing products.
• Proven experience owning and shipping products or major features end-to-end.
• Strong preference for candidates who have contributed to a 0-to-1 product journey or built new products/features from concept to production.
• Strong backend engineering and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Experience with LLM orchestration, tool calling, RAG, workflow automation, memory systems, or agent frameworks.
• Experience building reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient systems in production.
• Strong cloud infrastructure and deployment experience.
• Strong product thinking and ability to connect technical decisions with customer outcomes.
• High ownership, execution focus, and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working with frontier AI technologies and AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI agents capable of executing complex business operations autonomously.
• Design and develop agent orchestration, planning, reasoning, memory, and tool-use systems.
• Build infrastructure for durable, long-running, and reliable agent execution.
• Own products and features from ideation through deployment and production monitoring.
• Improve agent reliability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Develop backend systems, APIs, integrations, and execution platforms powering AI agents.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
• Evaluate and implement advancements in AI agent technologies and architectures.
• Drive engineering decisions with a strong focus on business impact and user value.
• Continuously improve the quality, trustworthiness, and effectiveness of agent behavior.
