Senior Software Engineer

We're hiring a Senior Microsoft Developer (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID) to design and support enterprise-grade business applications for our clients. This role suits someone who combines deep Microsoft stack expertise with strong stakeholder-facing skills, and who's comfortable using AI-assisted development tools like Claude or GitHub Copilot to work faster and better.

What you'll do:

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Lead solution design and technical review discussions with client stakeholders
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID
• Optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and ETL processes
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to business and client teams

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of Microsoft application development experience
• Strong hands-on experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL Server, Azure, and Entra ID
• A track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and client-facing teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD exposure
• Microsoft certifications in Azure or Power Platform
• Experience supporting global clients or distributed teams
