Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Workday Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and technical development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday solutions across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Talent modules.
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, DT, and APIs.
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
- Create and maintain Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Dashboards.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support Workday implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.
Your Profile
- Troubleshoot integration and data issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Participate in testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Support Workday releases and feature adoption.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Calculated Fields, XML, XSLT, JSON
- Strong experience with Workday HCM integrations.
- Experience with middleware tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workday Cloud Connect.
- Knowledge of data transformation and integration best practices.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
