Senior Software Engineer - C++
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Software Development & Design
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions to meet business needs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers (SDE 1 & 2).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Refactor and rewrite code where necessary without compromising functionality.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead a team of 4–8 software developers, guiding technical decisions and ensuring timely delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and team meetings.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align software development with business requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
- Ensure high-quality software delivery via CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (GitLab/SVN).
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in software development.
- Promote best practices in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and software development techniques.
