Senior Software Engineer - C++

Position Title: Senior Software Engineer - RF Communication Domain

Overview: We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for brainstorming, designing, and developing new features, as well as enhancing existing products. You will be working independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in the RF communication domain, and will be capable of mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the overall success of the team.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Brainstorm, design, and develop new features in products as per the team's best practices.
• Develop tools and infrastructure to improve engineering productivity.
• Independently lead feature(s) through the entire release process.
• Design and implement moderately to highly complex features, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Make critical decisions necessary to deliver a quality product on time.
• Define and prioritize tasks for the team and leverage resources to complete them on schedule.
• Review code and design from junior engineers, providing high-quality feedback.
• Participate in testing activities, including writing unit tests for the features you develop.
• Mentor junior engineers to help them grow professionally.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, Telecommunication, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
• Experience: 5-8 years of industry experience.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in C++ programming.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, software architectures, design principles, and design patterns.
• Ability to effectively diagnose technical issues and propose reasonable solutions.
• Development Practices: Familiarity with Agile software development practices and continuous integration pipelines is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• RF Communication Domain Expertise: Experience in software development/testing in the RF Communication domain.
• NI Software Tools: Familiarity with National Instruments (NI) software tools, such as LabVIEW.
