Job Description
Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary: Designs solutions and delivers complex features for the Credit Application platform using AI tools throughout the dev lifecycle; senior member of a small pod, owns complex features end-to-end, mentors on AI tool usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end spec quality for complex features
- Lead AI-assisted implementation (Claude Code)
- Review AI-generated/peer code for correctness, security, performance
- Design/implement REST APIs, event-driven credit workflows (DocuSign, Experian integrations)
- Mentor engineers on AI tool usage, spec writing, code review
- Required Qualifications:
- CS degree or equivalent, 5+ years scalable SaaS engineering
- Strong Java 17+/Spring Boot; Angular 14+/NgRx/RxJS/TypeScript
- REST API design; MySQL & MongoDB
- Git; AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.)
- Strong collaboration/mentoring/code review skills
- Preferred:
- Agentic AI workflows, DocuSign eSignature APIs, credit domain (Experian, D&B)
- AWS (ECS, S3, RDS, SQS, Lambda), Terraform, Jenkins CI/CD, i18n, PDF pipelines (XSL-FO/Apache FOP)
