We are starting some projects with Service Now and for this purpose we need senior developers.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
- Adopt new processes/ improve existing processes to deliver better business solutions.
- Adhere to quality / info-security guidelines and processes including maintain adequate documentation.
- Attend review meetings, business user meetings, IT meetings etc.

Skills
- We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Must have certification on ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Must have certification on ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Strong knowledge on Service Portal, Service Catalogue, App Engine Studio & UI Builder env.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data schema, including table relationships, schema map, and dictionary settings; experience with creating and managing custom tables.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying concepts to understand data flows, reporting, and integrations
- The ideal candidate will have experience in customizing ServiceNow applications, integrating with third-party systems, and optimizing workflows.
- Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, developing scripts and workflows, and ensuring system performance and security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of ITIL processes are essential.
- E2E understanding on Service Now deployment.
- Require proven abilities to analyze, debug and find solution to technology issues.
- Should have ability to adopt new development processes and improve existing processes if needed.
- Required good understanding in SDLC process.
- Passion to learn and work on any technology.
- Require good written and spoken communication skills in English. (Knowing Hindi will add advantage).
Work Experience
- Minimum 2.5+ years of experience in software development with Service Now.
