Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and REST APIs.
- Take ownership of features from design to production deployment.
- Perform deep code analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause debugging of production issues.
- Apply software design patterns, coding standards, and engineering best practices to build maintainable systems.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture and design discussions.
- Continuously improve application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Document technical solutions and share knowledge within the team.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and at least one framework such as Django or FastAPI.
- Good working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development concepts.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, API design, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and exposure to Mongo (NoSQL) DB.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and clean coding practices.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate complex issues.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and AWS cloud platform.
- Understanding of performance optimization, caching, authentication, authorization, and application security.
