Role Overview
Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in
Spring WebFlux, reactive microservices, Databricks, Redis, and Kubernetes to build scalable backend services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend microservices using Java & Spring WebFlux.
- Build reactive, non-blocking and high-performance APIs.
- Integrate backend services with Databricks for contest data, guest data, and eligibility information.
- Implement HTTP Webhooks for service-to-service communication.
- Use Redis for caching and performance optimization.
- Develop and manage APIs through Apigee API Gateway.
- Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes.
- Perform API and performance testing using K6.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong Java development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Spring WebFlux / Reactive Programming.
- Experience building microservices and REST APIs.
- Working knowledge of Databricks.
- Experience with Redis caching.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes.
- Experience with Apigee API Gateway.
- Knowledge of K6 / performance testing.
- Understanding of HTTP Webhooks and service-to-service integration.
Preferred
- Experience with cloud-native application development.
- Strong understanding of reactive/non-blocking architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD and Agile development practices.
Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification.
