Senior Software Engineer (Backend Engineer) - Global Expansion

Key Deliverables:

1. Own and develop end-to-end product features for Global Contractors, Compliance & Work Authorization.
2. Influence product specifications and architecture for scalability.
3. Drive feature launches and post-launch enhancements.
4. Collaborate across functions to uphold quality and product goals.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Build scalable backend services using Python, Django, and MongoDB.
2. Work closely with Product, UX, and Frontend teams.
3. Mentor junior team members to foster growth and autonomy.
4. Participate in planning, code reviews, and performance optimization.
