Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement support short and long term operational /strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
• Conduct research studies that may include collecting, analyzing, trending and presenting data and recommendations to management to support short and long term strategic business activities through analysis
• Identify and analyze applicable source data (e.g., internal/external data feeds, systems, databases, sources of truth)
• Create, develop, enhance, integrate front end reporting / data warehouses / data marts and/or develop data mining analyses to support business decisions
• Project manage medium to large-sized, global cross-functional projects as well as applying project management methodology to support the implementation and development of key systems and business processes
• Evaluate gaps in business processes through process/data analysis, identify opportunities for automation, payment policies, quality, and throughput issues in order to increase the opportunity for savings
• Collaborate with business matrix partners to deliver value to our clients by ensuring key operational, financial and growth targets are achieved

• Create written and oral communication materials that effectively summarize findings, support fact - based recommendations and provides appropriate detail to substantiate conclusions for business review and planning

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• AI Persona - AI Builder
  • 7+ years of experience with analyzing business intelligence requirements (e.g., standard/ad hoc reporting, dashboards, scorecards, visualization, analytics)
• AI USER
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting and data analytics with multiple analytic visualization and automations tools such as informatica, SQL server
  • 3+ years of experience developing, optimizing and maintain SQL scripts (SQL Server and/or Oracle), Knowledge of any ETL Tool ( Preferred - Informatica ) and any Job scheduling orchestration tools such as Control M
  • 2+ years of experience in IT / business including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data modelling, relational databases, data forecasting, data trending etc.
  • 2+ years proficiency working with MS Excel e.g., formulas, calculations, pivot tables, including lookup functions and macros
  • 1+ years of Web development with Microsoft technologies using .Net (VB, C#, etc.)
  • Experience with Programming languages such as Python/JAVA/PHP
  • Experience working in a Business Analyst/Project management role within a claims, financial services, or payment operations environment
  • Experience of managing business and cross-functional partners in a matrix organization
  • Lean process improvement or six sigma qualifications / experience
  • Knowledge of the US Health Insurance Industry: Claim Adjudication, Payments, and Eligibility
  • Proven experience with communication with stakeholders and leadership (i.e., organizational skills with the ability respond effectively in difficult situations and multi-task in high volume workload situations)

• Experience of implementing software or business transformation projects from ideation / requirements through to successful delivery
