Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Node.js, AWS, and AWS CDK to provide production support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production health and alerts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L2 application/AWS issues.
• Perform RCA and implement approved fixes.
• Support deployments and infrastructure changes through CDK.
• Coordinate with L3, AWS Support and client teams.
• Maintain incident reports and runbooks.
• Provide backup L2 support during the primary owner's absence.
