Job Summary
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to deliver end-to-end features across backend and frontend for enterprise web applications. This role is backend-centric but requires strong frontend expertise in React, along with the use of AI-driven tools to improve development speed and quality.
Responsibilities
- Backend Development Implement backend services, APIs, and data access layers ,Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of backend systems.
- Frontend Development Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React (v18/v19)Build reusable components, hooks, and frontend logicEnsure frontend performance, usability, and maintainability.
- Engineering Practices Follow coding standards and best practices Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
- Agile & CollaborationParticipate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features.
- AI-Driven Development & Automation Use AI tools to accelerate backend and frontend development Support automation in testing, UI generation, and deployment pipelines.
- Quality, Performance & Reliability Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and technical debtEnsure high-quality end-to-end feature delivery.
Skills & Experience
- 5 - 7 years of Experience.
- Strong backend development experience (C#, .NET, Entity Framework, APIs).
- Solid frontend experience with React (v18/v19) ,Good understanding of REST APIs and service-based architecture.
- Experience with databases and cloud platforms (Azure, SQL, Databricks).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for development and automationStrong ownership mindset and attention to quality.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in frontend/backend technologies or cloud platforms are a plus.
- Agile/Scrum certifications are an added advantage.
