Senior Software Engineer - AS400

• Develop, enhance, and maintain AS400/IBM i applications based on business requirements. 
• Develop and maintain programs using RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE, DB2/400, and SQL. 
• Analyze requirements, perform impact analysis, and provide technical solutions. 
• Troubleshoot application and production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes. 
• Develop and maintain interfaces and batch processes involving SFTP, APIs, MQ, EDI, and other integration technologies. 
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure application quality. 
• Support production deployments, job monitoring, incident resolution, and application maintenance. 
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, program flows, and application support documents. 
• Coordinate with business analysts, technical teams, and onshore/offshore teams to deliver requirements. 
• Participate in estimation, task planning, and project delivery activities. 
• Identify opportunities for automation, application modernization, and AI-assisted development. 
• Follow coding standards, development processes, and change/release management practices.
