Senior Software Engineer

Client interaction: Coordinate with clients, understand their requirements, and act as a liaison between clients and technical teams.

Team collaboration: Work with other developers, architects, product managers, and business analysts.

Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers (for Senior roles).

Project documentation: Create and maintain application and programming documents.

Create and maintain applications: Write, debug, and maintain code for applications throughout their lifecycle. Maintain Coding standards.

Code design and logic: Analyze existing applications and formulate the logic for new ones.

Full-stack development: Work on both front-end (like HTML, JavaScript) and back-end development (like .NET, Java, Python).

Database management: Develop, implement, and support applications using various database systems like SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.

Perform code reviews: Review code written by others to ensure quality and standards.

TSYS Prime system: Develop and implement applications using the TSYS Prime platform.

Payment domain knowledge: Understand the fundamentals of credit and debit card payment systems and payment processing.

API development: Work with APIs to integrate systems.

Cloud migration: Assist with migrating applications from on-premises to cloud environments If Applicable.

Automation: Build and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks (for specific roles like Automation Engineer).

Agile participation: Participate in Agile project methodologies and ceremonies.

Having sound knowledge of TSYS PRIME, SQL,APIs and Oracle PLSQL language

Must have APIs knowledge

Participating in various phases of SDLC including design, coding, code reviews, testing, and project documentation

Collaboration with co-developers and other related departments

Good exposure to Oracle advanced database concepts like Performance Tuning, indexing, Partitioning, and Data Modeling

Responsible for database-side development, implementation, and support

Experience in Code Review, Team Management, Effort Estimation, and Resource Planning
