Job Description
Job Summary: Works with minimal direction on NCR/PS systems and tools, applies professional services and custom development methodologies, and collaborates with internal teams and client counterparts. Acts as a mentor for junior members, leads specific deliverables, and contributes to the development and testing of software in the self-service financial industry, following Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use NCR/PS systems and tools effectively with minimal guidance
- Participate in client and internal meetings, issue tracking, and design sessions
- Lead specific deliverables and mentor junior team members
- Perform complex development and testing activities
- Develop expertise in specific products, technologies, or methodologies
- Expand work product and participate in knowledge-building activities
- Apply Agile development methodologies and deliver high-quality results
