Senior Software Engineer Android Automotive OS (AAOS) Engineer

About the Role

Xeedo is looking for a skilled Android Automotive OS (AAOS) Engineer with 310 years of hands-on experience to join our growing automotive software team. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) platforms, contributing to the development, customization, and integration of Android Automotive OS for next-generation vehicles.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and scalable AAOS solutions for a leading US OEM.

What You Will Do

AAOS Development: Design, develop, and customize Android Automotive OS components for IVI systems.

Framework & Platform Integration: Integrate AAOS with middleware, HAL layers, and hypervisors in multi-VM / multi-OS architectures.

UI & Infotainment Features: Implement user-centric infotainment, media, navigation, and driver interaction features.

Performance & Stability Optimization: Debug, profile, optimize, and tune AAOS components to ensure performance, reliability, and system efficiency.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Linux and QNX teams to enable seamless data exchange and platform interoperability.
