Role Description
We are looking for a strong AI/ML Engineer with 35 years of experience who can work across machine learning and backend microservices, with working knowledge of .NET technologies. This role suits engineers who enjoy building AI solutions and delivering them through scalable, production-ready services.
Location: Hyderabad/ Visakhapatnam
Experience Range: 3-5 Years
Work Timings: 2pm to 11pm IST
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world production use
- Build and maintain scalable microservices to serve ML models and core business logic
- Develop and consume REST / gRPC APIs using .NET and Python-based services
- Integrate ML models into backend systems and workflows
- Work with structured and unstructured data for ML, NLP, and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Platform teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Implement logging, monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization
- Contribute to system and AI architecture decisions in a cloud-native environment
- Skilled in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience in designing scalable and efficient software architectures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Required Skills & Experience:
- 35 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and backend development
- Strong programming experience in Python for ML development
- Working knowledge of .NET / .NET Core (C#) for building microservices
- Experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience building RESTful APIs, async processing, and background jobs
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments
- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience deploying services on AWS / Azure / GCP
Good to Have:
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, etc.)
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Exposure to real-world AI use cases (recommendation systems, anomaly detection, fraud, NLP)
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs
- Familiarity with MLOps practices (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD)
