We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will work on building and deploying scalable AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows in production environments. You will collaborate with backend, frontend, and data science teams to develop innovative AI solutions and improve customer-facing digital products. Responsibilities: - Design and develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents Integrate AI/ML models, embeddings, and APIs into scalable microservices. - Build and optimise RAG pipelines, retrieval systems, and multi-agent workflows. - Work on prompt engineering, context management, and token optimisation. - Ensure production reliability, including latency optimisation, observability, and scalability. - Collaborate with Data Scientists to productionise AI models and workflows Implement monitoring, evaluation, logging, and feedback mechanisms for AI systems. - Ensure AI safety, security, prompt protection, and hallucination controls. - Develop reusable AI tools, SDKs, and workflow templates. Requirements: - Strong hands-on experience in Python. - Good understanding of GenAI, LLMs, and agentic AI concepts. - Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks. - Strong knowledge of RAG architecture and vector databases. - Experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimisation. - Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI providers. - Knowledge of REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure. - Understanding of embeddings, vector search, evaluation metrics, and AI workflows. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in production. - Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills. - Good understanding of AI system performance and optimisation. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
