Senior Software Engineer - AI Engineering & Intelligent Automation

Location: Bengaluru / Pune

What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-powered applications, automation platforms, and intelligent workflows.
• Develop scalable microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
• Build search, recommendation, knowledge management, and document processing systems.
• Collaborate with global product, engineering, and data science teams.
• Drive engineering excellence through coding best practices, architecture, testing, and CI/CD.

What We're Looking For

• 5-9 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java.
• Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, Design Patterns, Distributed Systems, Databases, and Networking.
• Experience building production-grade applications using REST APIs, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, along with Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to one or more of the following:

• Information Retrieval & Search Systems
• Workflow & Business Process Automation
• Recommendation Engines
• Intelligent Document Processing
• Chatbots & Virtual Assistants
• Knowledge-Based Systems

Good to Have

• LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex
• RAG, Vector Search, Knowledge Graphs
• NLP, Agentic Workflows, Multi-Agent Systems
• Generative AI application development
