Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer who can operate across AI systems, backend, frontend, and infrastructure.

You will help build the core SaaS platform from the ground up, design scalable architecture, and deploy production-ready systems. This role requires someone comfortable taking ownership, making technical decisions, and executing quickly in a startup environment.

You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in shaping the technical foundation of the company.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)AI & Agent Frameworks

• Strong experience building production AI applications
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Solid understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, and agent-based systems
• Experience working with modern LLM providers and open-weight models

Backend & Frontend

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience building modern SaaS interfaces using React.js
• Ability to design scalable APIs, services, and system architecture

DevOps & Cloud (Compulsory)

• Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments
• Production experience with AWS and/or GCP
• Experience configuring NGINX, reverse proxies, and traffic routing
• Good understanding of infrastructure, reliability, and scaling systems

Databases & Core Systems

• Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL
• Strong knowledge of Redis for caching, queues, and performance optimization
• Solid system design fundamentals

Highly Valued

• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Strong security practices including OAuth, RBAC, and secrets management
• Experience integrating third-party platforms and APIs
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools
• Previous startup experience

Compensation

Salary:6–10 LPA per annum (Review at every funding round)

As an early team member, you will benefit from rapid salary progression aligned with company growth. Compensation will be reviewed and increased as we raise Seed and Series A funding, creating strong opportunities for accelerated career and financial growth.
