We're Hiring: Senior Lead – Java & AWS | Product MNC (German)

We are looking for a Senior Lead with strong hands-on experience in Java development, system design, and AWS cloud to join a leading German Product-based MNC. This is a direct payroll opportunity with a highly stable, global organization.

Location

• Pune / Gurgaon
• Hybrid work model

Experience

• 9 to 14 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance applications
• Hands-on coding in Core Java / Java 8+
• Drive system design, architecture, and technical decision-making
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams
• Mentor and guide senior engineers and developers

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Java development (multithreading, collections, JVM concepts)
• Solid experience in Low-level & High-level system design
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in microservices architecture
• Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps practices
• Prior experience in product-based MNCs
