Senior Software Engineer_Agentic AI

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI solutions using Python and LLMs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into AI systems
• Implement and integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and backend services
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of AI models
• Optimize cost and efficiency of AI solutions
• Ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirements
• Engage in client and stakeholder interactions to gather requirements and provide updates

Job Requirements:

• MTech, MCA, BTech, BE, ME or equivalent qualification
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Python
• Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Proficiency in agent-based AI workflows
• Solid understanding of prompt design, tool/function calling, RAG and vector search concepts
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, and backend services
• Ability to think at both implementation and architecture levels
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Agno or similar
• Exposure to multi-agent systems
• Experience with LLM evaluation, monitoring, or guardrails
• Understanding of LLM cost management and optimisation
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
• Client-facing or stakeholder interaction experience
