Role Description

The Senior Software Engineer will work on-site in Nagpur in a full-time capacity, leading the design, development, and deployment of web and software solutions across the company's technology stack. Responsibilities include architecting back-end services and APIs, implementing scalable and secure applications, and collaborating with designers and other engineers to integrate front-end and back-end components. The role involves reviewing code, mentoring junior team members, and promoting best practices in software engineering, including testing, documentation, and performance optimization. The Senior Software Engineer will also participate in technical planning, contribute to technology selection, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client requirements. Close coordination with stakeholders will be required to translate business needs into robust, maintainable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with exposure to modern web frameworks and APIs.
• Proficiency with technologies such as ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB, and front-end tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure) and understanding of deployment, scalability, and security best practices.
• Ability to design and implement clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, including unit and integration tests.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary

• 20,000 for probationary period of 3 months
