Senior Software Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong technical background to contribute to our development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a variety of technologies and tools, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize technical expertise to develop applications and systems.
• Work with the Spring Framework and related technologies.
• Contribute to requirement sharing and unblock project stories.
• Answer questions regarding project progress and provide possible ETAs.
• Possess thorough business and technical knowledge of deployments in production.
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Actively participate in grooming calls and provide constructive suggestions.
• Communicate effectively across teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with databases such as Cassandra and SQL/NoSQL.
• Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Splunk, and Kibana.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.

Required Skills:

• Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Cassandra, SQL/NoSQL.
• GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Jenkins, GitLab, Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Angular or React.js.
• Good communication skills.
