Senior Software Engineer

We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with deep expertise in ReactJS and Python

to lead the development of advanced UI/HMI applications within an industrial embedded

environment.

You'll design and build responsive, high-performance interfaces that run on embedded systems

and interact directly with industrial hardware and protocols. This role combines full-stack

development with real-world engineering, offering the chance to deliver impactful solutions in a

dynamic, tech-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable and secure full-stack web solutions for UI/HMI interfaces.

Participate in technical design discussions, propose robust architecture, Code Reviews and guide

the team on best practices.

Ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend services running on

Web and embedded platforms.

Design and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable APIs in Python.

Build user-friendly and high-performance frontends using ReactJS and modern UI

frameworks.

Integrate industrial communication protocols such as ModbusTCP and MQTT

Collaborate with product owners, embedded engineers, testers, and UI/UX designers.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure alignment with quality

standards.

Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and trends in software and embedded

development.

Contribute to team capability development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

5+ years of full-stack development experience

Advanced proficiency in ReactJS frontend and Python backend development.

Experience building web applications hosted on embedded hardware platforms.

Familiarity with Git, Docker, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of application-level security and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Strong organizational habits and a continuous improvement mindset.
