Job Description Summary
Your Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a technical anchor for our India-based team. You will lead the development of reliable, performant, and scalable integration services that power the next generation of healthcare interoperability.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain high-impact software systems, ensuring they meet both business goals and technical excellence.
- Own Outcomes: Drive deliverables that meet functional and non-functional criteria; proactively pivot and lead changes when outcomes aren't aligned.
- Global Collaboration: Partner with senior engineers and cross-functional teams across different geographies to ensure a unified technical strategy.
- Elevate the Team: Identify and implement best practices, efficient operational processes, and technical solutions that raise the bar for the entire engineering org.
- Mentor & Lead: Foster a culture of continuous improvement through insightful design and code reviews, and by providing dedicated coaching to junior engineers.
Skills & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: 6+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record of technical leadership.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Exceptional skills in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and RESTful services.
- Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with public cloud services, preferably AWS.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to collaborate across functional lines and with global, cross-geo teams.
