This isn't a typical Software Engineering role.
As a
Senior Software Engineer , you will be at the forefront of building highly performant, secure, and scalable
consumer-facing applications that power one of India's largest crypto platforms. Your work will directly impact millions of users and help simplify access to Web3 and digital assets.
You'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to turn complex ideas into intuitive, high-quality user experiences while setting strong engineering standards across performance, security, and reliability.
What You'll Do:
Design, build, and maintain large-scale
consumer-facing applications that are performant, secure, and user-centric
Work closely with Product and Design teams to translate concepts and requirements into high-quality user experiences
Build POCs to evaluate new product directions, technologies, and architectural choices
Create reusable frameworks, abstractions, and components that improve developer productivity and consistency
Continuously optimize application performance, reliability, and responsiveness across devices
- Measure, analyze, and improve application performance metrics to deliver smooth, high-quality user experiences
- Ensure brand consistency and high visual standards across all user-facing surfaces
- Collaborate with and mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices
- Clearly communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on experience designing and building large-scale consumer-facing applications
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript and modern frameworks such as
React or Angular
Experience with
Next.js or similar meta-frameworks is a strong plus, but not exclusive
Deep understanding of performance optimization, profiling, and monitoring techniques for web applications
Strong knowledge of
CSS and JavaScript animation techniques , with an emphasis on smooth rendering and maintaining high frame rates
Solid understanding of
Web and Information Security concepts including CORS, CSP, CSRF, XSS, and related concerns
- Experience working in agile, high-growth environments with cross-functional teams
- Ability to design clean abstractions and write maintainable, high-quality code
- Strong problem-solving skills with a product-first mindset
