Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid foundation in manual testing methodologies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through rigorous testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans to ensure software quality.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.


• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.


• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.


• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.


• Engage with stakeholders to communicate testing progress and results, ensuring client satisfaction.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in Manual Testing techniques and methodologies.


• Strong Analytical Skills, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.


• Familiarity with Basic Server Hardware Knowledge and Firmware.


• Ability to write clear and concise test documentation.


• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.


• Experience with performance and load testing.


• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent technical degree from a reputed institution.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
